Today a working group was gathered in the energy company to create a new structural department, which afterwards will significantly improve the quality of services rendered to the electricity consumers.
The primary objective of the working group experts is to promptly formulate a requirements specification for writing a project – as explained by Ms. Svetlana Sirenek, Head of the Information Technology Directorate of LLC "Lugansk Energy Association". - In order not to miss a single detail, we gathered representatives of the main technical and commercial directorates.
Ms. Svetlana Leonidovna noted that Lugansk Energy Company has a strong technical base for the development of such a service. Now the "hot line" phone is being tested, and each consumer of Luhansk region can call free of charge. Subsequently, this number can be interactively used to receive
comprehensive advices on all matters and to leave a power outage request that will be promptly redirected to a dispatcher depending on territorial location.
- Establishing of a call center is openness and accessibility of our company – Mr Vladimir Tkach, General Director of "Lugansk Energy Association" LLC pointed out. - Therefore we have fixed terms to implement a new system for receiving requests from our consumers. It is still difficult to call to the control office as before and everything is explained by the fact that a dispatcher is physically unable to answer all incoming calls, respond to shutdowns and put the power lines into operation. Therefore, the created center will work 24 hours a day and ten people are supposed to work simultaneously during a shift. The call center staff will be carefully recruited and properly trained according to the specialization.
Before the establishment of the energy company’s center the personnel on duty was obliged according to the order to receive calls also at night and to immediately furnish the information to a main dispatcher. Phones in areas remained unchanged. Opening of the call center will greatly simplify the communication between company’s specialists and its consumers.
